MedComSoft is a leading application software company for medical/healthcare industry. It’s a very competitive market because there are so many established company who already providing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solutions. The Sales and Marketing department had setup goals to grow new customer by 50%, but they haven’t been able to reach that goal through higher spending on traditional marketing media, such as industry specific magazine and tradeshows.


 Our strategy:


We conducted a website makeover to appeal to their targeted audience, and make sure the site visitor can quickly get an overview about their product offer and advantage within the first 3-5 seconds.

Setup a internet marketing program so that we can drive the quality traffic to the website. It will also enhance the brand awareness which was very important for this customer

Install the web analytics on the website, so that we can measure and track how the site visitors interactive with the website, and more importantly the conversion rate.


Result:
Based on our research and benchmarking strategy we have been able to increase our client’s overall traffic by 32% in just 4 months.
Using our benchmarking results we have been able to increase their organic position as noted below as well as their conversion rate from approximately 1.75 to an average of 7.6% within that time frame using different landing pages.Current conversion rates are:

  • Paid 5.5% Conversion Rate 
  • Organic 10% Conversion Rate
  • Site Average 7.6% Conversion Rate

These conversion rates are based on a site visitor reaching the “contact us form”. We expect their conversions to increase with our new short form which will appear on key product pages in an effort to capture additional leads which is in their new site.


6 month after we executed the internet marketing plan, their organic traffic has increased 32% overall, while their organic Google traffic has increased 65%. Previously, the primary traffic method was direct entry; however, Search Engine traffic is now the primary source of traffic. Branded search still accounts for 25% of site visits. The number of new visits has increased 25%.

Maid-to-Perfection is a local residential and commercial cleaning franchise providing service in the local area. But competition within the market is intense, with many other franchises and local individuals competing for business.

Business Objective: Owner felt the online marketplace was not being seized adequately by the franchisor’s website, and he wanted to do more. 


Due to the profit margins in this industry, we had a limited budget. The plan from the outset was to execute a search engine marketing campaign to drive high volumes of interested customers to the website. Consequently, it was important to get the customer’s attention once they came to the site, and to make it as easy as possible to generate sales leads.
